Patient safety is our top priority. We have implemented a thorough protocol and are closely monitoring CDC guidelines. At this time we are asking patients to book by appointment only.
Appointment/What to expect:
- Please arrive on time for your appointment, or we will need to reschedule you (no exceptions) There will be a $150 non refundable cancellation fee if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- You must be wearing a mask in order to enter the facility.
- Upon entering the waiting room, a temperature check will be done. Anyone above 98.9F, will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
- You will be given a consent form to sign, stating that you have not been exposed to COVID-19 and have no COVID-19 symptoms prior to the appointment.
- Hand sanitizer is available to use upon entry and departure.
